Orthodontic treatment represents a significant investment in the dental health and overall wellbeing of a patient. In order to make financial obligations as comfortable as possible, arrangements are made to fit your needs. It is our policy that the initial payment be made before the appliances are placed. Your monthly payments must be received in the office by the day of the month printed on the coupon book provided. A late fee will accrue on your account 10 days after the due date. Any account that is more than 30 days delinquent may result in suspension of active treatment. Our office does accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Insurance In recent years, an increasing number of patients have been covered by orthodontic insurance. Our office happily accepts assignment of your benefits. Please bring your benefit policy book, insurance cards, and any information that would be helpful in verifying your insurance coverage.
